05/07/2025 Watch out for some of the motors. They’re not all VFD rated and require some work arounds. See Rotorsource info in Vendor and Component data. Fan orientation can be an issue. You can use the VSD on the wheel for frost control but I think most manufacturers prefer the OA face and bypass damper set up for frost control. Purge is not needed most of the time since the RA and OA streams usually mix anyways. But, many times we include it “just in case”.
