You need to request a username and password from the program administrator in order to login for the first time.

1. Chrome is the required web browser for the ERP.
2. Save your username and password when prompted, so you do not have to keep entering it every time you login. Click the “remember password” button.
3. You can change your password once you login for the first time.
4. Save the ERP website link as a favorite in your web browser.
5. Do not try to use the BACK button feature of the web browser as a standard function. This is not an “undo” button. Always go forward.
6. The “My Dashboard” page will list the last several submittal files that you have opened. This is a good place to go if you want to open submittal files that you recently worked on.
7. The “Engineering->Search Submittals” menu option is a quick way to find existing submittal files. You can search based on all of the criteria from the old submittal’s “General Specs” form, including your username.
8. This is a web-based program, so attempting to open a web link from an external source while using the ERP website may overwrite your current web browser window, depending on your web browser settings. Use caution when opening other web links while using the ERP website.
9. WARNING: Clicking the “X” in the upper right-hand corner of the web browser program or clicking the “X” in the web page tab will immediately close the program without prompting the user to save the data. This is a built-in function of the web browser program, so use caution while on the ERP website.
10. If you stayed logged in to the ERP system for too long without activity, you will get booted from the system and will have to reenter you login info. It is currently set for about 12 hours.
